Default 408 fi 06 gto build

Hey guys, been looking around the forums for sometime now an just thought id make an account. Anyway I own a stock brazen orange 06 gto with 27k on the clock an an svede intake. I first wanted to do a ls3 head. With a custom cam setup but after thinking about it for six months I dropped that idea. Last Tuesday I bought a full lq4 engine fro. A guy near by. I spent the weekend tearing it down an now I have a bare block. The goal is 1200rwhp with an iron 408 shortblock an ls3 heads with an f1 procharger. Where I'm stuck is what compression should I run? Also a callies compstar or the dragonslayer? Other things I'm confused about is that the gen 3 ls engines came with the knock sensors in the valley cover an the ls2 has them in different locations. Well I'm going to be using a gen 5 harness so how do I go about that? I already have the heads,ls3 intake manifold, fuel injectors, fuel rails, custom cam. The heads will be ported an polished at livernois with their valvespring an retainer kit. The cam was cut for an allmotor with spray build an the specs are 232/238 .611/.612 but I don't know if that will be too small or not. I just need some very good opinions here. As you can see I'm allover the place.

For that much power, I'd go with the best rotating assembly (dragonslayer) and some aftermarket heads with a thicker deck.

I don't think an F1R can support 1200rwhp, you may need an F2 to reach your goal. I would suggest posting this in the FI section to get some real feedback from the heavy hitters.
