Cam upgrade in L76/L77 DOD removal
 

HI im doing a cam upgrade in my L77 series 2 Holden ss

for people who may be interested I have made a list of all parts needed to remove DOD and cam upgrade

i am using Lunati high lift 219/223 6.25" lift lobe sep 12deg camshaft kit for street use.

COMP CAMS:

.comp cams 3 bolt lock plate kit for ls camshaft 5461

LUNATI:

.push rods 7050-16
.valve spring set 73925-16
.spring seats 86695-16

.valve lock collets 77123-16
.timing chain set 95533 (might not fit might require single chain)

i think i have covered everything excepted spark plugs and oil.

i will be reusing some seals like intake manifold seals and header gaskets.

Thanks, but there are several other dedicated g8 boards that have complete step by step tutorial with picture walk through. Im sure this was helpful to know now after the fact lol
