6.0 l96

I bought a 2011 6.0 out of a 2500 2wd truck that I am putting into a 71 chev.

A friend of mine has an intake, injectors, and fuel rail off of a 2013 camaro.

Will I see much of a gain in power with the camaro intake?

I know they look better, but I hate to mess with changes on a low mileage motor ( 19,000 ).

Thanks

John

It has the L92 heads. I read in an ealier disussion that it is the same part number used on the LS3.

Is this info wrong?

Sorry I misread that. Switching the intakes is worth minimal power if any.

Thanks for the reply.
I'm not looking to build up the motor, just do the swap and have a good reliable cruiser. I have the chance to buy the intake and It would be easier to change out before I get the motor set in.

If the intake doesn't gain me anything but a better looking engine compartment then I should just leave it stock.

The L96 is E85 compatable......would the camaro intake change that too?

Thanks
John

Yea save your money for something better. The rocker arm trunion upgrade is a great cheap mod that delivers a lot of peace of mind for durability and reliability.
