are 317 rocker arms the same as 241 rocker arms??? Picking up a set of 317's but they have no rocker arms. Can i use the rockers out of my 241's?

you can i used mine for my swap might wanna do comp tru union upgrade while you have them handy.

are you talking about the casting numbers on the head 317, 241??? if so that's nothing to do with the rocker arms... your answer that your looking for is yes you can use them or use the ones you have or buy some aftermarket rocker arms.
