How do you think these would work on a 4.125" bore TT build VS GMPP lsx ls7 heads?

Out of the box, TFS hands down.

Although I am biased to the TFS/TEA brand.

If the LSX LS7 heads have been hand finished and worked by one of the best in the business such as Darin Morgan then that's a tough one and despite my bias to the TFS/TEA brand I'd give the hand finished heads the nod.

Now, you send those TFS heads to Darin and let him work some hand finishing magic on them, and I'd say TFS hands down.

TFS guy,

I like the sound of that!

No not taking preorders yet, however if you PM me your name and number I will see to it you get a first run set! Before you ask, I dont know pricing yet.

The deck is right about .700 ish.

I can't comment on how it would work on a TT build VS. GMPP LS7 heads, I honestly wouldnt know but I can ask.

The 255's should outflow the oem stock LS7 heads on a 4.100 block. We can't say for sure in that we have never flow tested an LS3 255 on a 4.100+ bore. I will see if I can get you that answer. Good excuse to get on the flowbench!

Tick, Mike says "I will be in touch"

Stay Tuned!

Merry Christmas from all of us at TrickFlow!
Excellent, i cant wait to see a flow comparison against stock ls7 heads

So its sound like there will big no big differences according to the flow sheets they flow about the same as CNC'd LSX heads. i would like to see what they do on the larger bore though! The other question is how will the 255's flow compared to the new TF LS7's?

WHat is the intake port volume on a stock LS7 head? If I heard correctly, the TFS LS7 will be 260cc

I think the LSX LS7 head is 270cc looking at flow #'s the CNC'd ls7 head flows a little better on the intake side but less on the exhaust side VS the LS3 TF's and probably even better on the larger bore.

I am trying to sneak on the flow bench to get your LS3 255 on large bores today
Hangin for those flow numbers on the large bore
