Default Cylinder head numbers and symbols, what do they mean??

Looking at a pair of LS7 heads off an '09 Z06. No, it didn't drop a valve and yes, the guides are worn, but this isn't one of those threads. I'm trying to understand what the different numbers mean.

Here's what I do get:

8452 = casting no.
12578449 = part no.
08 = year of mfg

What I don't get are two numbers found between the exhaust flange and the valve cover flange. They are different on each head btw.

Driver's side:

2208817
I2261280

Pass side:

2208818
I2661168

And what does that little wagon wheel symbol with dots between the spokes and "30" in the center mean? It's different on each head too. It's found on the bottom side of the head inside one of the cavities under the intake runners.

Anyone have a clue? Or know who to ask? Already tried my Chevy parts guy, he didn't know.

Thanks in advance.

No, there are 7 sections to the wagon wheel thing. In one or two sections are 1 to 3 dots.

I'm sure it means something...
