Alright so I'm looking to make my truck a beast lol. I've done the easy/ cheaper upgrades but I want to take the next level!! Now my truck came with the L33 5.3 with LS6 heads if I'm correct. It's a 4x4 truck that already came with some 4:10 gears from the factory. This good? Lol

Now the upgrades it has are

Custom grind cam with springs
Corvette servo
CAI
Long tube headers without cats
Nitrous system
Custom tune / dyno tune soon
Now my best 1/4 mile run was 13.2 with a 100 shot! I was surprised to see those results.. !

I was thinking turbo but has my 5.3 been through the to much stress? I'm worried to boost it up. Now I wanna upgrade some things maybe a intake manifold and a bigger cam. But if possible I wanna put in parts that I could later put on a 6.0 or 408 or 427 stroker

Which way would you go? Build the 5.3 while saving for that 408 or 427 stroker?

Or hold out on the parts.? Anyone see a L33 build with around 700hp? By the way my 5.3 has 160k 😭

i wouldnt think so unless you've already hurt the motor more wear = looser ring gaps pull the nitrous system and change the cam borg warner s476 turbo let it eat and swap to a 4l80e
