I bought an ls1 drivetrain used from a fellow who bought it from Cleveland pick a part.
I tore down the engine and found it spun a main bearing, no big deal just get it align bored.

Bring it to the machine shop. They inspect it and tell me it's toast.

Look for another ls1 block to no avail.
Find a free lc9 block and do some research.
I think it's possible to bore a lc9 to 3.898 bore but will everything swap over from the gen3 ls1? Sensors and harness?

Just want some clarification.

Yeah, that'll work. It's a Gen IV engine, so Gen III sensors and stuff may not all swap over.
