In addition to what Lonnie said...
I know you said 418cid, but we have (2) 427cid LS3 short blocks with 24x cranks in stock that are built to handle 950 - 1000 fwhp if that's something you're interested in. Shoot Lonnie or myself a PM regarding pricing.

I just picked mine up from Thompson this week and it looks great so far, I'm still in the buildup process or I'd have more to say. They were a pleasure to work with too, they were very patient and answered all my questions. But texas speed is also great to work with, either way I think you'll be happy.

My TSP 418 turnkey has been great so far although I only have a couple thousand miles on it. They were horribly late delivering (like over 6 weeks) but in the end its a quality part and I'm very happy with it.

i just ordered a 370 from Thompson, i haven't received it yet but i was more then happy with their pricing and customer service, not that TSP isnt comparable or just as good bc ive bought plenty of parts through them as well, i really think you cant go wrong with either.

Mmmm....I wonder if it was because you caught them during their relocation....

My engine took 3 1/2 weeks from order day to delivery date....mostly due to waiting for pistons they don't ordinarily stock.

Very cool! Wish I went the turbo route when I did my 370, but I was broke at that point lol

I dropped off my block and rods last week (TSP) and they're getting ready to move again! Current shop is way too small, they're building a new shop a mile down the road...

We will not be physically moving locations for quite some time. That is 6 months to a year down the road and will be planned during non-busy season. Our current location is just temporary.

I went with Kyle and Thompson Motorsports. Kyle was extremely helpful, and the work done was excellent. I should be firing it up in a few days.
