So i know the best way is to measure. I bought a used chromoly pushrods at 7.4 . I just wanna know whether I have to spend money on another one before my machinist tells me the length. But anyone on here use morel 5290 lifters with tick street heat stage 2 on ls3? what length pushrods are in those setup?

Has you block been decked? Have the heads been milled. Sounds like you just need to measure, or spill the beans with a lot more info if you want any actual help.

Well got the actual Measurement. 7.40 -+ a few micro inches. Block is stock and heads have not been milled.
Is the compression going to change by a lot using ls9 head gaskets instead of ls3?
