L76 500+ RWHP Component List Advise

Car is 2001 Holden Monaro that came from the factory with LS1, 4lL60e and 3.07 gears.
LS1 with 243 heads, 228 228 .588" .588" 113 cam, 3,000rpm convertor and 3.73 gears ran 12.09.
Changing to FAST 90, Ramjet OTRCAI, 2.5" exhaust, 4,200 convertor and 4.1 gears made a best of 11.79 with 1.7 60'.
Dropping in cammed LS3 with 1 7/8" extractors made the convertor flash to 5,000+ rpm and car ran 11.4 on first pass.
Fine tuning along with Rick Crawford AirRam manifold got it down to 11.08 with 1.52 60'.
Changing back to a more streetable 4,200 convertor has the car currently running 11.2 with high 1.5 60'.
Rev limiter was increased from 6,900rpm to 7,000rpm when the AirRam was fitted.
Shift changes are 6,500-6,600rpm.

Seems to backup what I am saying in that lowend is soft. My Caprice with 4.10s/3800/28" slicks lifts the nose slightly for 1.53 short times with less displacement and more weight.
I never dyno'd it but others using the same heads/cam find it to peak about 6400 and it revs clean to 6900-7000 on 1-2 because of the big ratio split.
Point being I have a 7000rpm 5.7l that leaves as hard despite being half a second slower and heavier with less stall. From my perspective every detail you give us backs up my observation about the poor lowend of the rectangle heads.
I never dyno'd it but others using the same heads/cam find it to peak about 6400 and it revs clean to 6900-7000 on 1-2 because of the big ratio split.
Point being I have a 7000rpm 5.7l that leaves as hard despite being half a second slower and heavier with less stall. From my perspective every detail you give us backs up my observation about the poor lowend of the rectangle heads.

Not sure how you came to that conclusion?
Fitted a bigger engine and went 0.7 seconds quicker with 0.2 quicker 60'.
Car does neither lift front or squat in the rear as the car is set up for high speed cruising with Tein coil overs and 6 piston front and 4 piston brakes.
All times have been run on factory 18" x 8" wheels with Mickey Thompson 265/40/18 radials.

It all depends on what your setup is! I went from going 11.5 @ 120-121 in cool 50 deg weather with a 5.7 with TFS 215s to 10.8s @ 128 with an LS3 w/ 821s. Sure I also gained 70 cu inches(346 to 416) slight bump in CR (11.6 vs 10.6) & I don't have TDs on the car yet! Another easy 25 whp! That's with a stock LS3 intake, another spot to pick up some more hp.
This combo doesn't seem to be lacking down low either! I see guys making more on the dyno with some TFS 235s & extra hand porting done, but that's $4k set of heads & a Fast 102 setup($1500) & usually an EWP($800) With a set of BTR .660 duals I got $1400 into these new heads & $500 into the entire intake, including rail, 92mm TB & LS9 injectors. For what I got into it I'm happy with how it runs! Sure theres 408s & similar setups that make more power but I didn't wanna put top dollar everything into it!
Go ahead & say if you were building a pump gas LS3 stroker you'd bolt on some 243s lol!

I missed the 4l60E part which makes the comparison to my Caprice all the easier, an LT1 that actually makes torque can push a 4150lbs car to low 1.5s with a 3800sall/4.10/28" slick
You have the same tranny, same gear, shorter tire(more effective gear), more stall, less weight, more displacement, same rpm range for the engine at the topend. Your's makesfair bit more HP and still don't have the torque to 60ft. in the high 1.4s like a 122mph car could.
You did do better than the LS1, sure, but even those aren't known for torque, at least not by folks who have experience with Gen1 or Gen 2 smallblocks.
Flint, 128mph is the other side of 10.5 if the engine made a nice average power.

My LS3 is still under bumper to bumper GM warranty and I am not ready to throw that away yet.

As far as cylinder head choice, if moneys no object sure spend the big bucks! I had a set of TFS 215s, I guess I could've used them but I decided it would be better to sell them & go with what I did.
