Look at the KPa, that will also tell you if you have valvetrain issues.
I have a 434 with 285 heads, 12:1 and a similar cam 250/258 650 113+4 and mine pulls through 7100 and doesn't nose over so Id think your similar cam duration should carry well past 6000.

I think the cam is too small I have a 447 ci same compression roughly with big cathedral heads with a 102 and my cam is 263/271. Also have you looked into e85? Before I changed the cam or anything I'd run it at the track. Dyno numbers are irrelevant, my car on one dyno made 466 rwhp but it's been 9.77 breaking up

I'm on pump gas thru 1 3/4 headers and cats and an LS7 intake
Kpa will tell you if you have valves hanging open also if you have too little intake breathing ability.

I bet one of my ported MSD's is worth a minimum of 20 RWHP on this combo. I would be willing to take it back if it didnt produce results the OP was pleased with (right away....not 3 months down the road.....LOL).
I have done quite a few of these now and most of the results range from good to stellar. One customer picked up 50+ at the wheels (over a stock LS7/stock TB baseline) and backed it up with trapspeeds that were 4+ MPH better than his previous PB.
Its good out of the box but much like the plastic fantastic FAST intakes need some careful loving with a grinder to get the most from them and the MSD seem to be more of a moving target in OEM trim....I have to port some of the injector nozzles when I do that intake and have now just incorporated that into my program....I think that's why there is such mixed input from some of the shops that ran them out of the box....some show very little gains that way while others had gains more significant. Ported properly however its a killer piece with a straight shot, the right length runner, and a nice bellemouth entry with good taper from the entrance to the exit.
I think MSD invested more time on the LS7 than both of the other intakes they manufacture....that or just got a little "luckier" on that one hitting just the right notes early on, but they do require some attention to get all the basically good design elements included working in harmony.
Its not unlike a cast aluminum well designed piece.....everything needs some additional loving to really extract all it has to offer but porting a so-so intake will always only lead to better than so so results....starting with something that's good to begin with is always a plus.
OP....lets talk....would love to help you push this combo beyond the elusive 600 RWHP mark!

Seems like everything pretty much checks out sahwan....here is my assessment below:
I believe that your cam isn't a good match for your cylinder heads and compression ratio. Personally I would like to see more intake duration and a split of about 15 degrees with the exhaust, more lift and a tighter LSA. I think you could easily pick up 30-40 more HP with a better cam when combined with the exhaust system below. Next, your headers are too big, the 2" primary is likely costing you 12-15HP over a good 1-7/8" header and preferably a stepped 1-7/8" to 2" header. If you got a stepped 1-7/8" header and specified a 3-1/2" merge collector with 3-1/2" head pipes you likely would pick up an additional 25-30HP over your current exhaust system.
I agree with Tony that your intake system is likely begging for an additional 20HP with his trick ported manifold.
Add these up:
Cam: 30-40HP
Exhaust: 25-30HP
Intake: 20HP
You're looking at an opportunity of 75-90RWHP which would put you in the 670-685 range!
