My spec would be an EPS 222/234 117+3 it comes in around .600 lift. That cam has very gentle lobes but will still either outperform or at least match the gt11. It can also be used with a good set of beehive springs and stock rockers. So it will save some money and be nicer to the engine.

...the eps has (222+234)/2-(234)=-6 overlap. They will sound virtually identical and will both pass emissions but the eps will be a lot smoother on the valvetrain. Give geoff at eps a call and tell him what your goals are and mention that grind its very popular for an ls3.
