so hey guys to start off in new to building engines so take it easy on me.
i have a ls3 crate motor with less than 1000k miles on it
i installed a texas speed ingeneering stage 3 lsa cam 231/239. "Made sure i lubed everything up"
installed new 3 bolts style cam gear "made sure dots lined up correctly"
installed new springs seats seals and retainers while heads intact
i reinstalled the rocker arms and push rods "i followed the procedure correctly"
here is the negative part engine sat out side and was covered up long story short some water got in valve springs side
i hand spun it everything was still fine
today i bolted on my oil pan, serpentine parts and torqued my spark plugs
i go to install my crank pulley and the engine dont want to spin seems like its stuck keep in mind i have not put any oil in it yet. I am positive i didnt drop anything inside the motor
my hardened push rods were the same lenght as my oem and after installing springs seats retainers camshaft and timming cover up to installing my rocker arms the motor spun freely no problem. What could be causing this its driving me crazy any help is well apreciated

What vale spring are you using? You didn't mention having changed them.

Is time to open it up and find out what is jamming if on an engine stand should be plenty easy specially if you are the one who put it together.

Take spark plugs off and try to spin it may be hydro lock, hopefully all is good let us know regards David.

I would pull the spark plugs and try to turn the motor over.
