No cam will work with your afm and vvt.
You will at the very least need an afm delete. We have all the goodies for that for the best price...THEN the decision is vvt or no vvt. Id go non vvt if it were me. Opens up cam choice. We have quite a few options either way!

For example the afm delete kit is $360 shipped and includes
Afm delete valle cover
Ls7 lifters and ls2 trays
Ls3 mls head gaskets
Gm tty head bolts
Exhaust manifold gaskets mls
Valve cover gaskets

The vvt delete kit is $165 and includes
Ls3 front cover
Ls3 cam gear
Ls2 timing chain tensioner
3 ls cam bolts
Thrust plate
Water pump gaskets
Crank bolt

Cam kits start at $500 and would work perfect for your stall.

No. Not comp. We have 2 cams that would fit your build. one is a 218/228 the other is a larger 226/236. Both sound very wicked at idle the 218/228 will be a little easier to tune and drive but wont make as much peak hp as the 226/236. Both make plenty of tq but stay at .600 lift to keep the valvetrain and guide durability in check.
Either cam with springs is $500 this week only. They are designed to use stock pushrods BUT you can upgrade them for $570 again this week only.

The 218/228 is perfect for that. No need to spin above 6500 to make power.

I wouldn't waste the money. The 2.3 tvs with a 2800 stall already make a so much torque you're gonna have traction issues anyways. I was over at Magnusson supercharger facility in Ventura, ca to get my friends 2.3 for his 2017 camaro. Cams headers all that stuff isn't even needed. They just did a camaro that went 9.90s with nothing but the 2.3, drag radials and e85 with water meth for cooling.

The stock cam is more than enough. We'd probably make 650 rwhp with the stock cam and about 9 or 10 psi probably 17 degrees of timing. My buddy bought a cam value train lt4 injectors the upgraded direct injection pump long tube headers full exhaust.

Spent a few thousand dollars to make a little extra horse power when he could have used the factory stock stuff and still made good power. The main issue with the cars is with the autos there is so much 1st gear they're leaving in second. Also added their race tune to the touring mode suspension setting because it's softer.

Before you change the cam and stuff I'd run the car a while before you try to add a bunch of parts and power because a tvs2.3 makes so much torque so fast they're tricky to get power to the ground.

Our setup will probably make 680 to 700rwhp which is a lot for a street car with 20 inch rims to put down to the ground.
