Default ls2 402 first oil change weird color

So I got my ls2 402 fired up and ran for about 5 min and changed the oil and it came out a different color than ive seen. I used the joe gibbs br30. Does this oil just change to a different color acting with the redline assembly lube in the engine that was used to put the shortblock together? Its not thick or anything like water is in it. Still feels like oil just a different shade than ive ever seen. Radiator is full and no bubbles coming out and hoses are not rock hard so no signs of blown head gasket. Anyone ever seen this with joe gibbs oil on first change? Ill upload pics here shortly below. Thanks

My .02 is that the combo of assembly lube & breakin oil combined to provide
Your new color.
Could always do Oil Analysis, but if there is no water in it I wouldn't
Sweat it.

Yeah that's what i was thinking. I just talked to the company who built the shortblock and they said the redline assembly lube dissolves in the oil and that's why its cloudy. I didn't think it would be that noticeable. Wonder how many changes till its normal. Second change looked same as first maybe a tad darker.

You don't need to change your oil so frequently. You're just wasting money by doing so. Leave the oil in there and let it do its thing for a bit.

Yeah I just drained about a half quart to see if the color changed. I didn't completely drain it. This oil is too expensive lol. I bought a case so I got a quart and a half left over so just wanted to see if the color improved. Few people told me they never had their oil change color with redline assembly lube in a new shortblock so i was curious if it improved.
