Default Deburr 6.0

Has anyone seen any good writeups or youtube videos about deburring an iron LS block?

There isn’t really much to it. I like to use a small carbide burr and an air grinder and just remove all of the sharp edges I can reach. I get everything on the outside and inside.

Does that include areas that interface a bearing?

Yep. I deburr the main bearing saddles and caps. I chamfer the bolt holes too. It’s hard to reach them with a grinder so I usually go over them with a small file.
