Default Brand New Cylinder Head Deck Surface Scratch/Gouge... Issue?

Seems like little things keep popping up with this build... but, I got the new set of TFS 245's today and noticed this fairly deep scratch/gouge between the water jacket port and bolt hole. If it didn't connect the two holes, I guess I probably wouldn't care quite as much, but it just seems like a path for a future coolant leak.

You can catch it VERY easily with your fingernail. It's pretty noticeable.

Heads are brand new, and were cleaned up before shipped to me.

What do you guys think?

If it were mine I would call the seller and ask about a possible return/swap. If it was a used head I would mix up a dab of jb weld and fill it.

Nothing Major, if milled what you c now maybe gone depending on amount milled. If you want to return them that's ok to. Shipping & handling.

I would surely be upset. I see you have 1 on the top an 1 on the bottom. Looks like someone was not careful handling them before packing.

That said, It likely could be cleaned up with a skim cut. But I would still be pissed and not want to pay for it.
