There is only one brand worth looking at - Darton. https://dartonsleeves.com/

They're available from all over - likely even on e-bay if you want to get your local machinist to fit them (make sure they have a good reputation for them).

I'm sure a few vendors here can help, I know Texas Speed can supply and fit as does RED in CA. If you went all out and did the premium Darton MID wet sleeves, then RED has an excellent reputation on making those work. MID require a bit more precision and care, not sure who else has a great reputation for success on those, but the dry sleeves are a lot easier and cheaper..

B it don't add up or make any sense what's being asked. Factory iron lq4 is good to 1000 just not a 418... but 402 / 408. To re sleeve a iron block which will crack near the cam on the front side of the block. Price is $3000. Dart or Lsx block?

For press in sleeves.... Why? As is the lq is good 4 1000+hp.

Good point, I have no experience with the iron LS blocks, but was just pointing out who makes the good sleeves. If a bore is toasted it'd be easier to get another block I'd have thought.

no special thing about iron block i was thinking it is more stronger thin aluminum

but it seams to me iron block is heavy for my car and it will effect to my suspension system i use so i will use aluminum block

Is this a supercharged, turbo, nitrous setup to make 1000hp? You probably don't even need resleeving if you keep the bore standard...... 1000 flywheel or rear wheel? What is it's intended use?

You're going about it all backwards. But as you already have the pistons...

You need either an LS3, LSA, or LS9 block, all which use a 4.065" bore.
