Your about to see they work pretty dam good NA too. Lol Should be perfect for what you guys are doing in a true street car. The way your car is set up it would be an incredible auto cross car too. That car is sick as ****.

I will send you a video of it revving with the low lash solid roller I had in it.
I'm also looking at the MCA suspension Mick mentioned.
It look like a really good kit.
I'm just making sure that the ride quality is firm but compliant at the same time.
I don't want my *** jumping out of the seat when I go over bumps.

The only update is that the engine is finally sitting in the car. (Not really worth mentioning).
My builder's father died last week so he was dealing with that the whole time.
No work was done on my car unfortunately.
I expect some more progress this week hopefully.

Patience is your friend on this one.
I will have an update on Friday or Saturday.
To other news we have also decided to upgrade the transmission flexplate to a heavy duty version.
And will be going back together with good ARP bolts/hardware.
Just a reliability thing.
This is the flex plate being used:

Hows it looking mate? Should be on the dyno by now. I think your builders taken the **** mate. Time to rev him up.
In May assembly on yours was starting, you had all the parts. Your builder has taken 4 months to assemble your engine, a job which id give a pendantic builder 10hrs to do.Yep youve had a couple of small parts to obtain but 4 months to get where u are now, 10hrs work in 4 months, 1 good days work in 100 work days since May, perspective
Ive rebuilt top end , sent parts to the states for rebuild, had engine out twice and driven for 7 weeks in the same time
Fair suck of the sauce bottle. Hes 100% gotta be taken the **** outta you.Its not your fault but Your gettin what i got from last builder, put to the back of the queue over and over
TIME FOR A REV UP , dyno tuned and driving it by next friday, good luck

The reason he takes so damn long is because he takes on too much at once plus does all general servicing and electrical too.
My old engine was completed in 5 weeks but he was not as busy then.
This black plague has also made him even busier.
He works on his own and won't hire anyone else.
After my engine is complete he won't be building any more engines for the general public except for only a select few at the quietest time of the year.
Actually the engine should be complete by next week.
I should have an update tomorrow on the progress.

I just really hope you don’t have the same type of disappointment like Floorman seems to have over his last few builds. Sometimes you just have to know when “enough is enough” with someone and move on. His timetable alone would take him of the potential builders list for me

Everything is going good so far.
I just had contact with him and looks like the engine will be complete early the following week.
Just the flex plate bolts need to be picked up Monday morning.
The new flex plate arrived today sometime.
As I said before this builder has done me so many favours over the years so he has earnt my respect and patience.
