Max lift on stock rockers?

I ran .646 intake .637 exhaust last year with no issues. Meticulous set up with johnson short travels. Spun to 7800 and last outing was north of 8k

I ran 0.600" on both sides on my old setup with a trunion upgrade and no issues. It was quiet as stock with zero issues over 10k miles.

My concern at the time was spring pressure instead of lift. I would stay under 400lbs of open pressure to be safe, and not just focus on lift.
