All TRUCK 6.0's (but the TBSS LS2) had VVT.
L76 car engine was the exception in the G8 . But it still had AFM/DOD.

What about L76 engines in trucks?

L76 only came in cars.
The original question concerned LY6's. They, along with all other Gen IV TRUCK 6.0's,have VVT

Nosir. L76 was available in trucks also and didn’t have VVT. While the original question was in fact about the LY6, I’m just keeping the facts straight.

You are absolutely correct, and I apologize!
I used Summit's database for my info, and neglected to see that there were TWO separate headings for car and truck versions.
I only dove into the one on the car version.
Good catch Che70velle! I too like keeping things straight, and screwed up this time!
Thanks man!
