Default Dod/cam swap problem 2011 caprice

Did a cam swap and have this ungodly noise. Below 1300 I don’t hear it but it’s coming from the exhaust below the car. Everything is tight under the car and the valvetrain I double checked and that is good as well. Does it sound like the lifters have gone bad? I soaked them for 3 days. My oil pressure is 55 but I’ve heard a oil pick up tube not seated correctly can create this sound on the driver side. It’s a 2011 caprice with 48k on it. I changed the oil pump with the cam swap as well.
Have ls7 lifters in the cAr

here’s the vids

At the top of the engine nothing sounds unusual except for the normal sewing machine noises

You may need to go to Desk top settings to post the link vs the regular screen shown on a phone.
