I have ly6 block will 317 heads work with forced induction

LY6 + 317 is just an LQ4. It will work fine. Stock LY6 heads will also work. No need to drop the compression a couple tenths just for boost. But if you don't have the stock heads and intake, then sure, you can run the 317s.
