im not sure honestly how it will compare performance wise at a strip against a C5 Z06, but the a Z06 makes much better power than the C6. from around 3500 up the Z06 completely rips it apart. i think some C6 owners are gonna get their feelings hurt. it may be rated at 400hp but its seems to be missing way more than 5hp, or maybe GM isnt under rating their cars anymore.

I went and saw a C6 in person, and It kicks the regular C5s butt as far as looks good, pictures don't do it justice. However if you want one I would wait untill the Z06 comes out that way you get awesome performance.

i also went to a local dealer here in south fl. they had a special red edition C6 (priced at 63K!!! they said there were only 800 made...well i could care less i'll take one in black or blue) and they had it parked next to a black C5 with the Magnesium wheels. definetly the C6 blew the C5 away. i turned on the headlights gorgeous looking HID's. sat inside was very comfortbale. i really enjoy the look of the car have seen a black one on the street already. and a friend of mine passed by another local chevy dealer and saw 2 silver and black. when he went by later to go sit inside them they had sold both in a matter of hours. so i believe people in South Fl. are really enjoying the new look of this car.
