Anyone figured out the max bore you can go on LS2 yet
 
Just curious if anyone has tanted with the block yet. I would like to know if it would take .040 myself

That ain't gunna happen. It'll prolly be the same as the LS-6 blocks. .005-.010" max. When you gunna hook me up with some of them proted heads and some thirteen fourths headers?:jest:

The Gen3 motors use the same bore spacing as every other SBC. The Gen4 uses the same heads as the Gen3 and many other same dimensions. So we are limited to the 4.440" bore spacing. SO far people have gone 4.250" with Gen1 motors (World Products Motown) so I'm assuming that can be done with the Gen3/4 as soon as somebody makes a gasket that works.
