Default Assembling my SLP 402. Do's and dont's

Hello all,
I am building a SLP aluminum ls-2 402 High comp. motor for my 2000 TransAm. I have the Fast 90/90 setup, SDPC oil pump, AFR 225 heads, comp cam 238/240 .605/.608 at 113 lsa(could have went bigger), Arp head bolts (wrong ones I think may be too long). Stock type lifters.Car has a 6-speed and stock gears.
I am currently pulling the motor and tranny in the garage. Can anyone make a list of any specific things I should watch out for when doing this entire job as far as anything to check with new block ? do's and dont's any specific problems anyone is aware of with this combo. I will be assembling the block myself. I have pulled/rebuilt the Lt-1 in my 95 Formula but have no exp doing an LS-1 /LS-2 style motor.

You need the ARP STUDS FOR 2004 & LATER ENGINES. THEY DON'T HAVE A BOLT SET FOR THIS APPLICATION AS OF YET.
