I think the low tq is to be expected. interesting results anyway. I bet a fast 90/90 would pick up 40-50rwtq and probalby be about equivalent in hp.

I think you should try to spin a setup to 8k or so with those short runners.

The Harrop is a cast intake though. They knock out hundreds of them at a time, wearas these are time consuming and built to suit. That's the only problem you run into in the sheetmetal aspect. It just takes alot of time.

No comparison numbers (to a 'FAST') yet..... car owner said he'd buy one to compare in a couple of weeks.
Anymore updates on this intake?

I will tell everyone. The sheetmetal will lose some power down low to gain up top. I stop making power at 6100rpms with the ported fast. Now I pull to 7800rpms. Made the power up and pulled futher. One thing that was funny, the intake loves spray. Joe told me I was making 600rwhp at 4k and they had trouble keeping the converter locked. This thing pulls like a maniac up top. Just my 4l60 doesn`t like to shift higher than 6800rpms to stay together. So thats where my computer shifts. Lost 25rwhp down low and about 30trq. Gained it back and then some up top! Car feels faster!

I still haven`t sprayed her on the street yet! I have little traction as it is with my BFG drag radials as it is N/A!!
