The welds are absolutely gorgeous, they deserve to be on parts with a nicer surface finish...it might be the pictures, but it looks like a pretty huge stepover and some funky tool chatter on some of the surfaces.
I'm Sorry
We use a Boston Digital 5 axis. We did clean up the stepover on some new ones we just built, I don't know how to load pics, If someone wants to load them I will be glad to send them.

The $ isn't the real question, I'm more curious as to how they will be priced in comparison to a beck sheet metal and other competitive products.. and how it will compare performance wise as well.
If the thing costs 2000, and it makes 10 hp more then a fast 90, then no I don't want it, if it's 2000 bucks and makes 25 hp more, then that's not so bad. If it's 3000 bucks and makes 40 hp over a fast, then it's worth it. I'm more intrested in the hp per $... if it falls in a range that I find acceptable, then the $ really isn't a concern. When you've already got 12+K in a motor, what is another 3 grand on an intake to make the most out of what I've already built/bought?

Not trying to jack the thread, here is one from Harrop for the LS1:
The link is at: http://www.harrop.com.au/root_folder...fd7022-00.html if you have the $5.8k AUS for it.

Keep this thread on the ETP intake. If you want to discuss ITB intakes, go to the other thread...

UNDER PRESSURE MOD

My question is for all of the type of new intake manifolds. How do you tune to use them? Obviously you have to go speed density since you don't have a single mass airflow sensor, but do you still have a MAP (manifold pressure sensor) since you have individual throttles and not a common intake chamber?
