Id agree with bret (SStrokerAce)

4" bore with 3.9" stroke = 392 cubes

15% over your stock 346 cube displacement is 397.9.
a 4" bore and a .030" overbore along with the 3.9" stroke gives you 397.97 cubes. how far can you push it?

Between 392-396, which ever route is least expensive. I'm not worried about massive power, but I don't want it to be unreliable/cheap.

I wouldnt rule out re-sleeving. Its come a long way in the last couple of years.
