Default Finally fired the 427 up this weekend (vid)

It has taken months to get all the parts together and assembled. Got it in the truck and fired-up this weekend. I still have to modify the exhaust for hookup. It's LOUD!

Specs:
Katech resleeved LS2 block, billet mains, ARP studs,4.125" bore
Callies Dragonslayer crank, 4" stroke
Callies Compstar h-beam rods
Mahle coated pistons, flat top (12.5 to 1cr)
LS6 ported pump
CompCam 242/248 642/649 HR112LSA+2, custom profile
Morel lifters
Cometic head gaskets (.041")
ETP LS7 heads, 2.20" coated Ti valves, 62cc chambers, Patriot extreme duty
springs, Ti retainers
Jessel 1.8 shaft mount adj. rockers
LS7 intake and fuel rails
Nick Williams billet 90mm TB
ATI torsion balancer
Kooks 1-7/8" S/S tube headers. coated
Custom 4L65E with Rossler transbrake

did you make the bracket for the throttle cable? If not where did u get it?

The aluminum TB spacer with the arm is from ETP Heads. I made the little bracket that goes from there to the factory cable bracket.

What final CR and DCR did you come up with??

When I calc'd it I came up with 13:1 and 9.2:1? Are you running that high???

Static is 12.48 and the DCR is 8.8, pistons are .002" down in the hole with 4cc reliefs. Combustion chambers are 62cc. I'm from the old school...I love compression, just don't love fuel at $7.50 per gallon.
