When talking about Head CC's What is the Difference in 59CC and 64cc When you talkin about the heads are milled to 64cc , which are stock for LS2 which is what i have , I know by going to 59CC i will raise my compression ratio , but what im wonder is How many thousands is the difference between 59cc heads and 64cc ? what does 1 cc = ? is there a math mathical term for this ? |
The general rule is .006 milled equals 1cc. So to reach your target of 59cc you need to reduce the chamber 5cc or .030 milling of the head surface. |
so when they say -1cc flat top piston what does that mean ? |
That means that the top of the piston has 1 cubic centimeter of material removed from it. |
