id like to know what this cost u to. and is it true tht this short block is good for a 200 shot on top of the heads and cam ? iv been thinking about a setup similar to this but with a Victor Jr. and a elbow with a plate two stage dry with a HSW interface.

Excellent results! Did you assemble it yourself or does that $3200 include labor as well? Hard to beat that 6.0 for power to money , going to be even faster with the bigger carb

Yeah, we did the install and assembled it in house. We are using it for a test car to see what works and what doesn't. Once we get the NA tune done then we are going to spray it.

Thanks

update! 10.76@123.69mph 1.49 60ft. Holley 850, 82 jets front, 87 rear, 28 degrees timing. Going to a bigger carb tommorrow and adding some more timing. Matt at Texas Speed is Setting us up with some CNC'd L92's and we will have test result with JUST a head swap to see what is really gained at the track. After the heads, will also try the new TSP 1 7/8 headers vs. pacesetters
1 3/4 headers to also show real gains at the track! If anyone has any questions or would like to share any tips, we would be more than willing to try them. We are trying for a single digit 6.0 with L92's.

whats the raceweight of the car and the 1/8 mile time?
i run a 1.50 short time and 6.90 1/8 mile at 3480 raceweight.
i only run 70 in front 79 in back(jets)
every combo is different, but it just seems like a lot of jet.
any wideband or plug readings? could be more in it.

i will be very interested in seeing the difference incarb swaps, and the cnc head results.
awesome times!

Hey burgers,

Awesome results, How much PTV clearance did you have with the 233/239 cam?

Not hijacking your thread burgers, but heres a stock internal L98(LS2 with L92 heads) that runs 10.87@128mph at 3700pound. Runs M6 and 3.7 diff, Unsure of cam specs although would be similiar to the 233/239 as its unopened.

cheers
