Wheel 2 Wheel no longer exists. You should be able to get them through engine builders like Erik Koenig, Weber, LME, etc... Look for shops that build a lot of high end race car stuff like Stenod, LMR, etc... Just call around. Keep in mind that you're going to have the block and heads machined to accept that large of a stud. You could also use L19 head studs which have right around the same clamping force.
