L83 ecu will not turn on, wiring guru's please help

I'm having an issue turning on my ecu. Does anyone have any tips? I'm not quite sure where to look for solutions.

Is there a diagram or does someone have notes of pins or connectors that need to be removed from the harness? I am down to the wiring part of my swap before I fire this bad boy up!
