You're going to need more than that to convince me... How many GM rep's have access to the GM Corvette engine and drive train division which probably has hundreds of Engineers all cloaked in secrecy, and how would he know the owner of a 'screen name'...
BG has way to much inside knowledge to not be directly connected to the inner most workings of the new Corvette and I for one, greatly appreciate that GM has opened a crack through which 'we, the Bowtie motor heads' have been given a small glimpse of their work.

What do you mean "if this is true?"... I saved a screencap from my conversation with him and just posted his linked-in profile.
Mr. Gunz may be an engineer, he may work for a GM supplier, who knows... but according to Mr. Charles he doesn't work for GM and doesn't represent the company in any way.
But hey... like that State Farm commercial... "I heard it on the internet so it has to be true... they don't put anything on the internet that isn't true."

I seriously doubt that anyone at GM would put someone on this forum who would present themselves in the way Bigg_Gunz has. The repeated "for your safety" excuse doesn't hold any water in the racing/performance community.
Did anyone actually google Bigg_Gunz? No way that's the image GM would want to present from forum plant.
