Very cool to see you guys already modding this brand new car. :thumb: I haven't even seen one driving on the street yet... Have any pic's of the engine bay with the heads out ? LMR Now has 1 7/8" C7 headers in stock! We plan on testing these bad boys later on this week. https://scontent-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hpho...44031854_n.jpg |
Looks awesome, can't wait to see the results! |

 Thanks for the pic and congrats on a successful power gain... 500+ hp is going to be a breeze when the exhaust and intake get opened up. |
470/430? I guess after looking at all the tune only results and lg's header testing I was expecting more. |

We have plenty more testing to do with our next few larger camshaft grinds after we install 1 7/8" headers and catless x pipe. so stay tuned! |

That said, I'd *expect* to see a 30rwhp/20rwtq increase with a set of headers, ORX with no cats and still leaving the stock cat-back in place. I also don't think it had a stock air box. They had the air box covered for a reason in the pictures. I'd take a bet as to say this is the car they've been testing their CAI on as well and I'd expect it to be in place for these dyno pulls. |

Here is a startup/idle video of our C7. Only changes made were Kooks 1 7/8" long tube headers with off road x pipe. Still through the factory exhaust. |

When your putting a "baby" cam,HEADS and a tune (and possibly no air box) would you not expect to make more power? I honestly thought that even with a small cam it would pull 490-500. |
This is our Stage 1 heads/cam package. This is the Smallest camshaft we offer. Larger cams will be tested next. Still a 87rwhp gain for heads and a baby cam Again this is the SMALLEST camshaft we are testing. Numbers will only go up from here! Stay tuned! |

Nice work guys! Can you post a graph of the incremental gains overlaid? |
I was just saying to a friend, that when the ls1 came out, it was a few years before we really saw any progress in cams, and then we still didn't have quality tuning options. Who remembers maf translators??? Still, back then, guys were dynoing low 300s stock, I dyno'd 330rwhp/340tq with just a lid, and then the heads/ cam guys were barely cracking the 400rwhp mark, and that was with shortbelts, cold air resistors, etc etc. Here, the c7 has been out for what, a few weeks, and there's already multiple long tube headers, cnc'd heads, "5" camshafts, and tuning. And guys are cracking remarks that it didn't make more power. It's only been a week. I'm waiting to see someone toss a centri-blower on it or a turbo and push a few pounds of boost and see what it does. |
Awesome results! The car looks great in that color too. |

Numbers seem solid to me for it being so new, keep up the good work. |
