Looks real good man. Where'd you get those DOD plugs or would you happen to know the size Allen head plug?

You can buy them from Late Model Engines

Wouldn't happened to have a link would you? I just looked up that page and nothing could be found on there. I've also searched a plug on google but it keeps referring me to a tool...

They're blind hole plugs, it's not a specialty piece. Anywhere that sells rivet hardware (home depot, lowes, Fastenal, McMaster, etc)

I'm surprised anyone is still using Comp trunion upgrades after seeing what they look like after a few thousand miles. Do the Cstraub trunion upgrades work on Gen V rockers?

You will probably have to call them. I couldn't find them on the page. They are just machined, aluminum plugs pounded in and hit with s punch. VR gets them from LME, but VR only sells them as part of the cam packages.

Finally got my missing exhaust pieces and got the car on the dyno. Remember this is with a stock air box and filter, plus the forged pistons result in a little heavier rotating assembly.

Here is the graph breakdown:

Baseline --- 391/414
Cam + Headers (no cats) + pump gas --- 432/424
Cam + Headers (no cats) + E85 --- 458/442
Cam + Headers (no cats) + E85 + stock air box opened without filter --- 471/450

There were lots of changes made to the car and it sits at 4,000 miles now on the odometer. Most of the changes were to make things stronger for forced induction such as trunions, pistons, LT4 injectors and pump. So most of the expense did not yield any change in power this round. Most were made preparing for the next round

amazing that the E85 and no air filter picked up more hp & torque than the headers and cam. was it tuned specifically for the E85?

Tuned for both. It has the GM sensor added. Was probably about 60% concentration.
