It's Crunch Time...

Anybody else cutting it close to having their cars ready? I’ve been working on mine for about 5 solid months with a complete new setup from nitrous to das boost and a built motor, I was hoping to have all the issues worked out today but it still gets hot ~220 even with pusher fans so need to order a bigger radiator this week.
To make matters worse, on the way back to the house tonight I let it eat for the first time about 2/3’s throttle with the 7psi spring in and the charge pipe coming out of the turbo going into the DS FMIC blew off. I came to a halt on the side of the road and by the time I realized what had happened, some hood rat picked up the pipe in the road and took off with it. Anyways, still need to install the fuel pump, radiator and another charge pipe and I’ll try it again next weekend.

This is the ONLY race i care about anymore so trying to get things together these last two weeks.

I know the feeling...fighting various bugs for the last 2 months on my new setup.

I am waiting on my new nitrous plate setup to get here so I can start installing everything, all while working 12 hour days, almost everyday till I leave for the ls fest.

I should be cutting it close. but If things work out in the end, it makes it all worth while

I still have to install the new fuel setup, exhaust, interior, and paint the cage, other odds and ends too.
