LS Fest New Registration Procedure For 2017 Just got an email with this heads up....
Dear Holley LS Fest registered participant;
We’re excited you’ll be joining us for Holley LS Fest 2017 at Beech Bend Park in Bowling Green, KY, September 8-10, 2017. We truly appreciate you choosing to spend your weekend with us. Please bring your event confirmation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and the vehicle’s valid government issued registration with you to our NEW Registration/Check-In area Thursday and Friday.
IMPORTANT Note: Only the listed registrant may pick up the credentials. We have included a map below to help you locate this area. For Thursday, September 7 and Friday, September 8, we will have registration/check in for ALL participants at the Beech Bend Amusement Park, Riverbend Pavilion. ALL registered and non-registered participants MUST come to this location PRIOR to entering the Beech Bend Raceway park. WATCH FOR SIGNS!
Registration Hours:
Thursday, September 7; 12 PM – 7 PM @ Beech Bend Amusement Park Riverbend Pavilion
Friday, September 8; 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM @ Beech Bend Amusement Park Riverbend Pavilion
Saturday, September 9; 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM @ the tunnel entrance to Beech Bend Raceway Park*
Sunday, September 10; 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM @ the tunnel entrance to Beech Bend Raceway Park* ( show-n-shine only)
*On Saturday any Drag Racers that are just arriving will also need to come to the inside Registration Trailer.
We highly encourage everyone to arrive on Thursday to get checked in and your trailers parked to assure you are ready for Tech to start at 8:00 AM on Friday morning.
The physical address to Beech Bend Park is 798 Beech Bend Rd, Bowling Green, KY 42101.
