Well, it doesn't specify, but personally I'd think it makes sense to have Hawaii in here, since it's so far away from the rest of the US... and Alaska probably fits okay in the Canadian forum. (It's only a few hundred miles less from Hawaii to California than from Maine to Portugal!)

No problem with having the steering wheel on the left. Works in my favour, get cheaper car insuruance. Been driving a lefty over here for 9 years so I find it more akward hoping into a right hand drive car.
