Hello Everyone, Starting to fine tune car for radio upgrade 02 trans am , does anyone know is the radio a double din or single din . It has measurements but Im not sure which opening it is by measurements numbers.

It is a din and a half.. Bigger than a single din but smaller than a double din..

You can buy an installation kit so a single din fits.

Thanks very much the size it did seem in between. Did anyone see a radio that someone had that he was able to load a firebird graphic on it and the radio lights could change to match your interior? I was wondering if any one new what model it was. Thanks

I don't know about the firebird on it but Pioneer makes a 1.5 din (model #DEH-P77DH) that changes colors to match your interior (blue, red, yellow): http://www.buy.com/retail/product.as...96&dcaid=17902
