New to the LS game My name is Clay from Richmond, VA. While I am new to the LS series, I am no newbie to modifying GEN I + II engines. I have a '87 RX7 that was first carb 350/700r4 powered. I then swapped that out for a LT1/T56 setup which got me through the 1/4 in 12.4 sec @113 on 235/45/17 street tires.(see video below)
I came across a deal on a '98 LS1, so I sold the LT1 and have started my LS1 project. I will reuse the T56 I have by changing the necessary parts. I singed up to have somewhere i can ask the questions that come up in my process.
