Default Geetings from colorado

Hello all,

Im new to forums completely, so I hope I am doing this right. Anywho... I was doing some N' and came across a member by the name of "slownova78" I believe it was. I was wondering if he/you could give me some insight on your modified carbureted intake to fit the Lt1. I am trying to do somewhat of a budget build; GMPP LT4 shortblock, GMPP LT4 hot cam kit, and stock LT1 port/polished heads. I am about a week away from purchasing the GM LT1 carb intake. I have a few intakes laying around so if modifying one of them to fit is something that can be done in my garage, that would be great. Thanks for any help.
Im not sure if I am allowed to ask this question as a noob or in this section at all. If not I apologize and let me know where to redirect my question. Thanks

Im in the Colorado Springs area. Although the wife and I, are contemplating a move further east. Is Henderson near Denver? I see you've been to Bandi a few times.

Cool -- We are just Northwest of DIA -- South of Brighton. What part of the Springs? We go down there periodically. We use RMCR for all the mods for our race cars....

south east springs, on the backside of Peterson AFB if your familiar with that area. They must be a pretty good shop if your making the drive down here, I believe I have talked to them once before about a carbureted vortech setup at a local Mopar car show. may have been a customer car but they had a very nice black Impala SS.

Hey VF1, I still have awhile before my car is back on the road, but when it is ill send ya a pm. Thanks for the offer though.

Yep -- that was them. The Impala SS belongs to a family member. If I know my way around a bit, you're not too far from their shop.

Have fun for those that are "cruisin'". Will be in Winsor at that time watching a baseball game.....

Have a great weekend -- enjoy the weather.

Yeah, the cost of living is certainly high here. Once my wife and I finish school, we will probably head back east somewhere. No matter where we go, we will always come back for a visit that's for sure.
