New member, lots of pics Been lurking here a bit, picked up my new car yesterday. 2002 Camaro SS. Came from the factory with the 345hp SLP package, hurst shifter, chrome ZR1 wheels. A previous owner has added silver-faced gauges, the SLP badges on the rear and inside, and painted a couple brackets under the hood with that lame chameleon paint, so those will have to go back to black. The dealer I got it from seemed to think it had Eibach springs on it, but it doesn't feel like it and the right height looks stock to me. Someone also did the free ram air mod, I'm thinking I might pick up a used lower airbox and undo that, but I'll see how it goes with water and dirt on the filter.
Best part: 6,800 miles.
I'm going to drive it how it is for a bit, I think my first mod will be suspension - springs, shocks, sway bars and a new panhard rod. I was going to do a set of C6 Z06 wheels, but these ZR-1s are growing on me, so we'll see. After that I'll probably do headers and a cam and leave it at that. Trying to catch up with all the info everyone has learned over the last decade.
