Mustang Invaded You Guys They guys just wanted to stop by and say hello and join. I am car lover and love all brands and setups. Personally I have never owned a F-body or Corvette but do have a tow rig 03 Tahoe.
I have had 6 mustangs. Before buying my convertible I was going to pick up a Le Mans Blue C6 but they sold it out from under me
. Oh well so i got into my convertible and have been enjoying it since.
By the way I work at nitrous outlet so you guys might see me on here as a vendor as well.
Here is my car.
2006 Mustang GT Convertible:
12.1 @ 118 on easy launch to save a clutch
Power House Turbo Kit w/ 76mm Upgrade 8# Spring in Wastegate
CCRM Delete Plates (butterfly valves)
Steeda Under Drive Pulleys
GT500 Twin Pump Hat w/ Wiring Upgrade
60# Injectors
Ford Racing Springs
Koni Adjustable Shocks and Struts
Steeda Adjustable Lower Control Arms
Steeda Upper Adjustable Control Arm
Steeda Adjustable Pan Hard Bar
Cervini Heat Extractor Hood
Stainless Steel Brake Lines w/ Hawk Pads
Eibach Sway Bars
Old GT500 wheels on it.
This was my old 03. It was a little more drag set up were as my vert is more of a daily. Its about to be sold.
2003 GT 5 Speed
01 4.6 Cobra DOHC Forged and Bored Aluminum Block
4.10s, axles, drive shaft, long tubes, off road x, Cobra Twin pumps, 42# injectors, weight reduced, Blah, Blah, Blah.
Vortech V1 on 8#
450/400 on the rollers @ 10A/F (needed re tune but never did)
11.3 @ 126

Yeah i am. Neal@nitrousoutlet.com. I'm our ford tech here. You know that im the one that catches all the end of the ford jokes in the office since we are mostly a gm company.

HAHA there are good and bad in all groups. I like any car that's fast. I can respect a fast 4 cylinder. It might sound bad IMO but hey fast is fast. Its amazing what some of those import tuners can do out of such small displacement. Anyway, I would love to find a decent 64-69 mustang. I have been trying to find on that is not in horrible shape that isn't an arm and a leg. HAHA

Ok, i'll talk to him tomorrow and get the meat and potatoes on what's wrong with it and how much he wants. I know it's got all the original interior including the radio but other than that my memory fails me. I'll message you with the specs.

Both brands have their ups and downs but i think we can all agree that whether its gm or ford we all enjoy a sounds of a great exhaust on a v8 .
Something about a cammed LSX and a mod motor with exhaust that is the 2 best sounds in the auto world. I do like a good grudge race though!
