Default LS1 Swap on 03' Cobra
Buddy's Look, I have been informed that the LSX engines are pretty much gods gift to earth. And that if I ever want my car to be fast that I am going to need to install an LS series engine in my car. Any information on how to go about this process would be much appreciated. Thoughts and opinions ?


Also there is a link below to a youtube video of my Cobra getting the "beater sticks" from several LS series cars.. Im just sick of being beat by LSX's so I'm going to join the team...

Do not destroy a 03 Cobra. They are great at making power

The reason your car keeps losing is because you need to drain your oil and then rinse out the motor with water, like that other Mustang guy did. Made his **** box run like new again.

Your cobra is slow....

Picking on a couple bolt-on f-bodys haha and the Gto you call that a race? Please run along with your little Heaton..

I know my Cobra is slow thats why I'm trying to figure out how to do an LS swap

Just a 402 Stroker LS2, with Mast heads, Custom cams ect ect ect built by RPM Motosports he put down 510 RWHP......

all runs with lsx's were computer generated........

Of course they were... Nothing can beat an LSX everybody knows that ! Video was computer generated to make me feel better about my little Eaton Cobra being so slow...So what would my quarter mile times be with a bolt on LS1 in my car I'm thinking low 10's ???

Probably 6-7 Hours I will make it worth your drive... You put enough money on it I might be able to afford an LS1 swap afterwards

You should do a vtec swap like i did. Youll run 10s with 2 big bottles of naws and get around 72mpg.
