Hows it goin guys and gals? Been lurking the site for a few years but now I have a reason to register and post.

I've come from a line of high hp subarus since 04 when i got my first car and got bit by the bug.

Now, i've seen the light and have decided to stop playing with the cute 4cyl's and step up to the big boy motors. I've got a 98 s10 that im gonna start building up. It's going to be a 5.3, built heads, s475, 1.80 glide, built 9", weldon fuel sys, etc.. should make upwards of 800 on e85 for now :fingerscrossed:

best of all, it'll be a street truck mostly with the occasional 1/8 mile visit.

Welcome bud, where are you from and what do you do for a living?

Oh, I should probably update that in my profile. I'm from Miami, FL and what I do is grind. A little bit of fabrication (tig welding), a little bit of flipping this and that, a little bit of poker, I quit my day job a few years ago and I couldn't be happier. I've got way more money in my bank account and so much time to do whatever I want. Not on anyone's schedule but my own.

thank you sir! i sure hope so. i'll be starting a build thread on here shortly with pics of the truck as it is (stock base truck lol) and my collection of parts as they start coming in.
