Hello from MO. new Z06 owner. first ls car hi all.
was shopping around for a terminator cobra and derailed myself into a 2001 Z06. got a good deal on it. 50k miles. driving to pick it up this weekend. its my first ls car. ive always loved and been jealous of vettes.
I know a bit just from being around them. its LS city around here. but any advice would be great. id like to get a little more power outa it n/a but keep it with good and reliable drivabilty. it will be my daily driver. only mods it has is long tube headers.

Congrats!! Ive owned 2 terminators and 2 C5's including an 01 Z06 and i have to say they are completely different animals. The terminator is more of a muscle car while the vette is a true sports car. You won't regret your choice, the only downside to the C5 is that parts are EXPENSIVE compared to the Cobra as well as all the stupid small stuff (mods) that have the "vette tax" added on.... Having said that my Z06 was by far the most fun to drive car I've ever owned, the handling is amazing. Once the prices drop a little more in a year or 2 i plan to pick up a C6Z.
