Default 1972 El Camino Project

What's up yall! Im new to this form but I just started a LS Swap project. I have a LS 5.3 with truck accessories and intake. Recently I purchased the Adaptor plates, Moroso mounts and Chevy muscle car oil pan and put it into my 1972 El Camino. From here I'm going to need help finishing completing the project.

I wouldnt use that pan. I have it on my 76 skylark it hangs lower than crossmember. other than that it fits. most are using holley pan and slider mounts. look into a-body section it will help you out. welcome to site/swapping

Good looking: 76larkman! I got a chance to look at the A-body section and it has been informative.

Here is some of the body work I need to address: Rust out at lower fire wall corners and a dent on the passenger rear panel. could also use a lil advice on bodywork after I get the motor, trany and dryshaft situated.

goodmark has repair panels available if rust is to bad. otherwise I would just get some flat stock sheetmetal and cut/form/weld it on. steering pulley size will need to be changed to clear steering box. a Doorman 300-130 worked for me. What wiring you using, truck? if are Lt1Swap.com has info for modification.
